This is the version from the first album that I ever recorded, Soul Sketches. Recorded under the moniker Delta Blue. This was me and various musicians I put together for recording and live performances at the time. All the songs are written by Ayo and it was recorded in 2000 and released on my own Nesta Records Label. The album was recoded at home on recording equipment I bought especially from the project. The songs cover themes that are still dear to me life's loves, joys and challenges. Many of songs still figure in my live shows, ones like The Golden Rule, As Years Go By, and Butterfly.
